When you have a maintenance agreement with Pro-Active, You pick up the phone and you get the right person, right now. Our contract clients have a direct line to a senior systems engineer, who is available to them 24x7, 362 days a year (we don’t work Christmas, Easter or July 4th). If you do have to leave a message, someone will get back to you promptly, usually within a few minutes. We will do our best to resolve your issue using remote diagnostic tools. If we can’t resolve the issue remotely, someone will be on their way to you within 1 hour of your call.
